Are you a skilled and dedicated professional looking for a rewarding career? We're seeking a talented Property Manager to join our team at Newbury Flats apartments, St.
Charles, MO.

This Property Manager will oversee Newbury Flats property, leasing staff, and maintenance staff.

Seeking candidates who are detail oriented, customer service driven, and have good communication skills.

Description
/ Responsibilities:

• Supervise quality standards and details to guarantee overall success of the property
• Ensure all property reporting requirements are met by established deadlines
• Perform & document move out inspections and
SODAs
• Collaborate with Director of HR & Regional Manager to coordinate and supervise team member hiring, terminations, and performance evaluations
• Create, monitor, & collect on Balance Due Report
• Payables / Order supplies /
Petty Cash / Issue List / Approve Time
• Communicate with Director of Marketing on tenant outreach & unit changes in availability, specials, etc.
• Review Market Surveys conducted by Leasing Consultants and submit to Regional
Manager
• Foster a culture of communication with team members and schedule ONE quarterly offsite team building exercise
• Perform weekly property walk
• Facilitate and supervise employee training and continuing education
• Backup
for Assistant Manager & Leasing Consultant
• Required meetings: weekly conference call, weekly team meeting, quarterly onsite meeting, quarterly team building meeting, State of Engage annual meeting
• Create & maintain on-call
schedule for maintenance
• Complete all training as required

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Leadership and Staff Development: Experience in managing diverse workforce. Ability to manage conflict, provide direction, and drive
business results by managing the performance of staff members.
