F3 The Chuck is the St. Charles region of F3: free, peer-led workouts for men, open to all, every morning somewhere in town. The November issue tells the story, More Than a Workout.

The first set is from Lexi Pyszka's shoot with the group on October 20, 2026. The rest are the photos the men sent us from the past year: convergence workouts, the regular morning beatdowns, kids and family workouts, the Mother's Day breakfast and the Orchard Farm concession stand.
