First Responders Tribute 5:30pm
All are invited to an evening of live music, community appreciation, and family-friendly entertainment to honor our local First Responders.
Providing the soundtrack for the celebration is Red Rock Revival, an extraordinary St. Louis-based cover band known for delivering high-energy performances featuring classic rock favorites from the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. The band is a regular favorite at local venues including River City Casino, Ameristar’s Bottleneck Blues Bar, Trainwreck Saloon Westport, as well as Horny Toads at Lake of the Ozarks.
Red Rock Revival is especially known for its powerful recreations of iconic female rock vocalists. Concertgoers can expect favorites such as Melissa Etheridge’s “I’m the Only One”, Alanis Morissette’s “One Hand in My Pocket”, Heart’s “Barracuda”, and Stevie Nicks’ “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around”. The band also showcases impressive classic rock staples including Triumph’s “Lay It on the Line” and Aerosmith’s “Dream On”.
A special First Responders Tribute will honor the police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and emergency personnel who serve and protect our communities every day. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet local first responders, view emergency vehicles, and enjoy a K9 demonstration exhibition. Organizers are also hopeful that a medical helicopter will make a special appearance, adding to an already memorable evening.
With outstanding live music, family-friendly activities, and a heartfelt salute to local heroes, this promises to be one of the standout community events of the summer.
