A Conversation with the Founders of Elite Health Collective

In an era where modern healthcare often feels like a rushed assembly line—defined by crowded waiting rooms, ten-minute appointments, and cold insurance bureaucracy—one practice is staging a quiet revolution.

Elite Health Collective was built for those who refuse to compromise on their well-being. By combining clinical precision with an uncompromising standard of luxury personal care, this private practice delivers high-end Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Medical Nutrition Counseling directly to their clients' living rooms. We sat down with founders,Tom Williams and Nick Weber to discuss how they are changing lives, rewriting the rules of rehabilitation, and solving a major hidden crisis in the world of weight loss.

Q: The slogan for Elite Health Collective is "Better health, together." What does that mean in practice?

A: It means we treat your health with the respect, time, and dignity it deserves and tailor a program specifically to your needs and goals. We work towards your optimal health, together. We strictly limit the size of our practice so that every single member receives an unmatched depth of attention, clinical expertise, and continuity of care. When you work with us, you get direct access to your therapist, with initial appointments usually scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, along with their direct cell phone number for secure messaging. Your care happens on your schedule, in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Q: Your practice brings Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Nutrition Counseling together under one roof. How do these three disciplines interact?

A: They form a complete circle of care. Our Physical Therapy focus is on restoring mobility, building strength, handling pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, and managing injury recovery. Occupational Therapy takes that physical foundation and applies it to real life—coaching clients on functional movement, daily living skills, and maintaining total independence. Our OT’s are able to provide in-depth home evaluations to ensure optimal safety in the home. Then, our Registered Dietitians provide customized nutrition counseling, personalized meal planning, and metabolic guidance.

Q: You’ve dedicated a significant part of your practice to comprehensive GLP-1 care. Why is there such a massive need for specialized therapy for weight-loss patients right now?

A: GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro) are incredible, life-changing innovations. But they have created a massive, dangerous blind spot in healthcare. When people lose weight rapidly on these medications, they aren't just losing fat. They are losing a critical amount of lean muscle mass, bone density, and functional strength. Patients are getting thinner, but they are also getting weaker and more fragile. We help GLP-1 patients protect, preserve, and rebuild their bodies, complementing the intent of the GLP-1 medications.

Q: What does a typical "at-home" session look like for a client on a GLP-1 protocol?

A: Our physical and occupational therapists develop custom, muscle-preserving strength routines that can be done safely right in the home, using targeted resistance to combat bone density loss and muscle wasting (sarcopenia). Concurrently, our dietitians work one-on-one with the client to ensure they are getting adequate protein and micronutrients, which is incredibly difficult when the medication suppresses appetite so heavily. We meet you where you are—literally and figuratively to develop a plan specifically tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Q: Concierge medical services are usually associated with incredibly high, out-of-pocket costs. You’ve taken a unique approach by accepting Medicare. Why was that important to you?

A: We firmly believe that concierge-level care shouldn't be a luxury reserved only for a select few; it should be the standard when your body is undergoing a major health or age-related transformation. Protecting your independence and muscle health as you age is vital. Because of that, we proudly accept Medicare to make our high-touch, in-home care accessible to seniors who need it most. And for those without Medicare, we offer flexible, straightforward self-pay options. Everyone deserves a healthcare advocate who actually has the time to listen.
