Kids Take Over Rue Royale at the Kids Vendor Fair Some of New Town’s youngest entrepreneurs are getting another chance to show off their creativity this October! After a successful Kids Vendor Fair in June, Citrine Events is bringing the event back to Rue Royale, giving local kids the opportunity to create, sell and experience what it’s like to run their own little business. The June event featured an impressive variety of young vendors selling everything from handmade crafts and artwork to comics, toys, books and other creative products. More importantly, it gave kids a chance to practice talking with customers, pricing their products and taking pride in something they created themselves. Families are encouraged to stop by, browse the tables and support these budding entrepreneurs. With Halloween just a few weeks away, young vendors are also welcome to wear their costumes and add a little spooky-season fun to the afternoon. Vendor spaces are available for $10.
