Fall Festival & Chili Cook-Off

Celebrate the season with an afternoon of shopping, food, music and family fun at the Fall Festival & Chili Cook-Off at Shire Lane Estate! Explore the Fall Vendor Market, featuring local businesses, makers and community organizations. Shop local, discover something new and enjoy a beautiful fall afternoon around the Estate. From 1–3 PM, join the Prize Walk, a New Town twist on the old-fashioned cake walk! Hosted by local KTRS radio personality John Carney, rounds will take place periodically with locally donated prizes from Marsala’s Market, QuesoWhatt?!, Kandi Lady, Kurt’s Kolaches, F3, New Town Men’s Club and more. Proceeds benefit the Commons Foundation, helping local families in times of need. Enjoy live acoustic music from Larry Gerst, who not only sounds like James Taylor—he looks the part, too! Plus, aspiring chefs will put their favorite recipes to the test in the Chili Cook-Off.
