Join us at The Commons Fitness Center for a high-impact, hands-on First Aid and CPR workshop hosted by the pros at the St. Charles County Ambulance District! This free session is specifically designed for the younger generation and those caring for little ones. We’re stripping away the boring lectures and focusing on the real-world skills you need to stay calm and take action in an emergency. What You’ll Learn: Infant & Child CPR: The essentials of life-saving chest compressions. Choking Relief: How to respond quickly when every second counts. First Aid 101: Handling common playground and household injuries. Missouri’s Good Samaritan Law: Understanding your protections when helping others. Event Details: Cost: FREE (Community Outreach Program) Location: 3333-5 Rue Royale St, St. Charles, MO 63301 Note: This is an educational skills-based workshop. While it does not provide a formal CPR certification card, it provides the vital knowledge needed to save a life.
