Annual Luminary Lighting Event at the Beach District

THIS IS OPEN TO ALL OF NEW TOWN! Please join us! Each year, we open the Christmas season by having a quiet ceremony at the beach to light luminaries to remember loved ones or ask for a peaceful holiday season! Luminaries are available for purchase before the event for $10 by completing this form: bit.ly/3VsDu53 The luminaries are $15 if purchased at the event. A wonderful way to begin the holiday season on Friday, December 5th at 5:45 PM. Come at 5:45 PM to set up and the event will begin around 6:00 PM. Take photos under the arch, by the luminaries, and of your children singing! There will be carolers, warm cocoa from The Bridge Coffee House and beautiful lights and decor. Hot cocoa is provided by The Bridge, caroling led by Diana Kay, and the main event is the lighting of the luminaries and the arch by the beach! Proceeds go toward decorations, lights and insurance. In addition, proceeds will be supporting a local family for the holidays.
